Tempus Fugit. March already.  I am so pleased because normally the winter drags, not so much this year because I have been busy in the studio and have relished every moment.  Nevertheless, the sun streams in and Monty Don calls us to the garden, a mug of tea in hand and a helpful piece of advice in Gardeners World on BBC Two at 8.30pm (Series starts 4th March.)

Check you and your tools are fit, your pots are clean, and the borders have had a weed and mulch. Here we go; it’s going to be a great year in the garden.
