Benmore Botanical Garden

Just a few miles down the road from us on the Cowal Peninsula and in the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is the Benmore Botanic Garden.

We walk there all year round through its extensive walkways full of exotic plants, rhododendrons and trees. It’s our ‘go-to’ afternoon excursion when we have visitors as well as where we got engaged and married.  It is famous for its great Redwood Avenue and the Victorian Fernery which are just two of the many features of this beautiful space.
