Oban

Oban

Last week we drove up the winding road to Oban. the main artery of the West Coast of Scotland. Oban is about a couple of hours north of Cedarbank Studio. Glorious seascapes and heather covered landscapes framed in the windscreen the whole way.

Oban itself is a junction, roads north to south. Ferries disperse from the bay in all points of the compass. It had been a few years since I’ve been to Oban and the looked forward to visiting the ‘Small Green Seafood Shack’ on the pier produced two beautiful crabs.

If you get a chance to go to Oban it’s worth the drive especially if you include a seafood stop in your visit.
