I enjoy cooking, new recipes in particular.  I have a family who will happily try new meals and let me know without hesitation whether they would rather I not attempt the recipe ever again, or, and I have to say I prefer this.  The recipe should go into ‘The Book!’  Wow. Hey, don’t knock it.  Celebrate the victories, if a recipe has made it into ‘The Book’ it is not only ‘good’ but spectacular. We have bread, baking and straightforward, dinner and snack recipes and I would love to share them. This first one is a Paul Hollywood recipe which is divine! A very grown-up pizza.
